It was during the 1970s that CESUB began undertaking some of its most significant projects. These included the construction of the ITALSIDER (ILVA) offshore structures in the Port of Taranto, on behalf of FINCOSIT S.p.A. of Genoa; the construction of the Multi-Purpose Pier in the Port of Taranto, in collaboration with SPARACO SPARTACO S.p.A. of Rome; and, subsequently, the construction of the \u201cSan Nicolicchio\u201d Dock, commissioned directly by MANTELLI S.p.A. of Genoa.<\/p>

It was through its collaboration with MANTELLI S.p.A. that CESUB undertook the conservation and refurbishment of the entire oil terminal jetty belonging to the oil company IP S.p.A. (now ENI S.p.A.), serving the Taranto Oil Refinery. During the 1980s and 1990s, CESUB also carried out maintenance works on the submarine pipeline connecting the Taranto refinery to the CBM (Single Point Mooring buoy field), initially in collaboration with CIMIMONTUBI S.p.A. of Milan and subsequently with BONATTI S.p.A. of Parma.<\/p>

Over the years, CESUB went on to work for major companies and industrial groups including PIRELLI CAVI S.p.A. (now PRYSMIAN CAVI E SISTEMI ITALIA S.r.l.), ENEL S.p.A., BELLELI S.p.A., SOCIET\u00c0 ITALIANA DRAGAGGI S.p.A., ASTALDI S.p.A., ITINERA S.p.A. (Gavio Group), PIACENTINI COSTRUZIONI S.p.A., and many others.<\/p>

In 1985, Cesario Liberato donated the \u201cChrist of the Sea\u201d (Cristo del Mare) to the city of Taranto, in memory of the military and civilian victims of the sea. For the Cesario family, as well as for the people of Taranto, this gift has always represented a prayer and a heartfelt plea for protection for those who, captivated by the sea, venture into its magnificent marine ecosystem.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CE.SUB. S.r.l. operates in full compliance with all applicable regulations concerning quality and safety<\/b>.<\/p>

The company plans, manages, and monitors all processes and activities through the implementation of a Quality Management System,<\/b> whose requirements comply with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015<\/b> (Execution of marine and dredging works, including marine aids to navigation \u2013 Exclusion of Clause 7.3 of the Standard, \u201cDesign and Development\u201d) and SOA certification<\/b> (qualification for the execution of public works pursuant to Italian Presidential Decree No. 207\/2010).<\/p>

Particular attention is devoted to the protection and safety of professional divers<\/b>, ensured by the presence of a hyperbaric chamber<\/b>; an integral part of the company\u2019s equipment and essential to the safe execution of its operations, in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.<\/p>
