Each area is characterized by well-established procedures (timelines, methods applied, intervention planning, equipment and resources to be deployed, and available personnel).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This hierarchical control enables the company to achieve high levels of operational efficiency within each area of expertise, while ensuring the professional training and development of its personnel. This is also achieved through hands-on training alongside skilled workers, as well as the definition and implementation of optimal procedures for the execution and supervision of
